How to contact customer support

8FX offers a 24/7 online customer support system. Sign in to the 8FX mobile App and click on the chat pop-up window for round-the-clock, real-time responses to user messages. If you encounter any issues while trading, the system will immediately connect you to a customer service representative for assistance.

Step 1. Open the 8FX App

Click on the ‘Personal Page’ button in the top left corner.

Step 2. Enter the Customer Support Chat Room

After accessing the ‘Personal Page,’ scroll down to find the ‘Contact Us’ button, then click it.

Step 3. Use the 24-Hour Online 8FX Customer Support System

Click on ’24-Hour Online Customer Service’ to open the chat window.

Step 4. Enter your customer support query and send it

The system will assign a customer service representative to assist you.
